Yes. The Free plan is for trying Workel: up to 2 people, 3 projects, 25 docs, 1 GB of storage and 1,000 AI credits to start. It has no calls, and activity and chat show the last 30 days: anything older is hidden, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade.

Workel combines project management, real-time chat, video calls, file storage, and docs into a single workspace. Instead of stitching together 4-5 different tools, you get everything in one place — with a unified experience and single subscription.

Yes. Workel imports projects and tasks from Trello, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com and Notion. The import wizard in Settings walks you through it step by step.

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, protected by role-based access controls, and backed up automatically. Workel is not SOC 2 certified yet.

Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Until then, Workel works in your phone's browser, and the desktop apps for Mac and Windows are available now.

Yes, on every plan. The built-in AI assistant can answer questions about your workspace, summarize documents, draft content, and help automate repetitive work — no extra tool required. It runs on AI credits: 1,000 to start on Free, which don't refill, and more each billing period on Pro, Max and Team. No plan's credits are unlimited.
